Box One Genius brake levers are the first ever to incorporate a clamp for ODI Lock-On grips. This ensures that your grips stay put while eliminating the need for an extra clamp. At roughly 50 grams, these cold-forged and CNC-machined levers beat any other on the market. Genius levers have a built-in return spring and are fully compatible with carbon handlebars. The Mid reach lever features a new design that puts it in the same reach position as the Long, but with a more BMX-specific blade for better one-finger leverage. Other features include adjustable reach, a titanium mounting bolt, and stainless steel hardware. Genius levers are designed to work with linear-pull brakes. They are excellent for BMX, mountain, city, urban, and tandem flat-bar bicycles.
The Box Three Rear Derailleur simplifies the features found on the Prime 9 Box One and Two rear derailleurs making for a fully featured wallet friendly rear derailleur. Including a Limited Slip Clutch, Sealed bearing pulleys and a solid construction Box Three Rear derailleurs are compatible with 11-46 and 11-50t derailleurs making it one of the most versatile derailleur offerings for Prime 9.
Hollow stems are cold forged from the highest quality 6061-T6 aluminum available. Featuring an open skeletal design and a dual mid-bolt wedge mounting system, they are lightweight yet maintain a very high level of strength. A 53mm extension stem weighs just 218 grams/7.7 ounces. By removing the rear pinch bolts and moving the mounting bolts to the middle of the stem, we reduced the weight and size and eliminated a serious hazard to the rider’s knees. These stems come with either a 48- or 53mm extension and a 22.2mm bar bore. To ensure proper clamping force, the stem must be mounted on a fork with at least 45mm of exposed steerer tube. Not compatible with forks that have carbon fiber steerer tubes.
Tested extensively by the Dutch National BMX Team, Damien Godet, Kory Cook, and numerous other elite racers, Box Two™ Freewheels combine durability with lightning-fast engagement. They feature nine, super durable pawls and are available in one of three choices -- 16, 17, or 18 teeth. To install, use the Park Tools™ FR-6 or other installation tool designed for single-speed freewheels with four notches that are approximately 32mm across measured inside to inside and 40mm outside to outside. FEATURES - 9 Pawls 108 [3.3°] Points of Fast Engagement
The Hex Lab 3/32" Titanium Cogs are CNC-machined from bulletproof titanium. They are designed to fit Shimano compatible cassette hubs and have a 5mm wide inner base, giving a more solid interface with the cassette body. Key differences: The Hex Lab 3/32" CNC Titanium Cogs are engineered and crafted for durability without compromising weight. They offer the strength and wear resistance of steel and are lighter than aluminum. As a result, they yield better shock absorption than the Box One Aluminum or Box One Chromoly Cogs. They are available in an oil slick or natural finish. FEATURES - Shimano Compatible Driver - Ti-6Al4V Heat-Treated to HRC35 - 3/32" or 1/8" Chain Compatible - Lightweight + Durable SPECIFICATIONS - 13 tooth: 13 grams (.45 oz) - 14 tooth: 16 grams (.55 oz) - 15 tooth: 19 grams (.67 oz) - 16 tooth: 22 grams (.77 oz) - 17 tooth: 24 g (.85 oz) - 18 tooth: 28 g (1.00 oz)
There is more to our carbon headsets than their striking good looks. From top to bottom, Box One™ Carbon Headsets was designed to perform. Each unit features a custom CNC-machined aluminum compression cap in the shape of the Box logo with cut-outs to reduce weight. At the center of the compression cap is an anodized aluminum bolt that threads into a gold anodized aluminum expander plug. This expander eliminates the need for a star nut and works with all 1-1/8-inch steerer tubes—even carbon fiber steerer tubes. The bearing cover is crafted from carbon fiber, which not only adds style but helps shave weight. At the heart of the headset are two super-smooth, titanium-nitride coated, sealed, 45×45 bearings. The titanium coating results in a low friction coefficient, increased corrosion resistance, and smoother rolling bearings. A split crown race makes installation and removal from forks super easy. FEATURES - Durable Titanium-Nitride Coated Sealed Bearings - Lightweight Non-Structural Carbon Components - Reusable Expander Wedge SPECIFICATIONS - Bearing Angle: 45° x 45° - Compression Cap: CNC-Machined - Bearing Cover: Carbon Fiber - Expansion Plug: Aluminum - Compression Cap: Aluminum - Finish: TiN Bearings - IS 42/28.6 - IS 42/28.6 - Weight 94 g / 3.3 oz
All Box handlebars are engineered and crafted using our Oversized Technology. Handlebars have a dual purpose as they contribute to both steering and pedaling stiffness. By strategically varying wall thicknesses and tube diameters, we have moved material from 3 low-stress areas to zones of high load. This has greatly minimized twists and contributed to responsiveness. Concurrently we have increased pedaling stiffness by providing a backstop to the “lifting” phenomenon. There is no point pushing hard on your pedals if you can’t pull up on your handlebars and deliver that power. Power can easily be lost to handlebar deflection and the consequences can lead to poor power delivery and steering control. When combined with Box’s other Oversized components, you’ll experience heightened responsiveness and reduced latency. Key differences: This particular model handlebar is tailored for larger-sized racers and also takes our application of Oversized Technology one step further as it employs a tougher chromium molybdenum steel. This allows for a greater variation of wall thicknesses to combat the higher loads coming from that extra rider weight. FEATURES - Oversized™ Technology - Chromoly Steel - Toughest Handlebar Material In • Lineup - Massive Clamp Interface for Steering Stiffness - 13 Butted - Variable Wall Thickness to Reduce Weight
The Box Four cassette adapts our Prime 9 philosophy of durability, simplicity, and reliability at a great price point. All cogs are stamped from steel, given our durable black coating and then the larger cogs are pinned to each other with spacers for easy installation.
The Box Two E-Bike Cassette differentiates itself from its non-e-bike sibling by offering high gears with more teeth to withstand the rigors of modern E-Bike riding. Adding an extra tooth to each of the three highest gears provides increased durability and decreased wear by distributing the load over a larger area! All cogs are stamped from steel and subsequently, the larger ones are pinned to alloy spiders. Due to its provenance, this is, without a doubt, the most durable cassette in the range and perfect for any E-MTB. FEATURES - Our Most Durable Cassette - Steel Stamped Cogs - Lightweight Alloy Spiders - Ultra-Wide Ratio with Consistent Progression COMPATIBILITY - Box One Prime 9 Chain 126L DLC Black - Box Two Prime 9 126 Link Chain Nickel - Box Three Prime 9 126 Link Chain Polished - Box One Prime 9 Rear Derailleur - Box Two Prime 9 X-Wide Rear Derailleur Black - Box Three Prime 9 X-Wide Rear Derailleur Black - Box One Prime 9 Single Shifter Black - Box Two Prime 9 Single Shifter Black - Box Three Prime 9 Single Shifter Black

For Box braking we’ve limited the use of our Oversized Technology to the V area since the levers need to be minimalist and largely act as a remote for the V-Brakes. To reduce lateral deflection at the V we chose to enlarge the pivot areas and arms while tightening tolerances at their interfaces. We robbed material from unloaded sections to reinforce these zones of high stress. Not only are you going to be more efficient with brake power delivery, but you’ll also feel the instant response of deceleration. Key differences: The Box One V-Brake are the only brakes in the Box line-up to be blessed with Oversized Technology. They are also the only model to use sealed precision bearings to further reduce non-rotational movement. The 108mm long-reach brakes are excellent for BMX, mountain, city, urban and tandem bicycles using linear-pull-compatible levers. The 85-mm short reach (AKA mini-V) brakes are an excellent choice for cyclocross or drop-bar gravel bikes.

All Box One and Two cranksets are engineered and crafted using our Oversized Technology. we all know that there is no use pushing hard on your pedals if you can’t deliver most of that power to the rear wheel. During the creation of our cranks, we were obsessed with Power delivery AKA pedaling stiffness. To reduce lateral deflection at the bottom bracket we chose to enlarge the spindle and the crank arm’s interfaces. We robbed material from unloaded sections to reinforce these zones of high stress. Not only are you going to be more efficient with power delivery, but you’ll also feel the instant response of acceleration. Seen through another lens, less energy will be required to achieve the same elapsed time. Key differences: The Box One M30 crankset is just as tyrannical as its big brother the Box One M35. Since it's designed for the smaller rider the now 30mm spindle is as extreme to a smaller rider as the 35mm is to a burly world champion. The crank arms are hollow-forged but reduced in size for their application. It is possible to add too much stiffness where the rider will not feel the benefits. Going beyond that point simply adds material which is surplus weight. We’ve removed the stabilizer rings from the spider and removed unneeded material from its legs. These cranks are engineered for smaller-sized racers. FEATURES - Oversized Technology™ - Hollow Forged Design - Large 30mm Alloy Spindle - Self-Extracting Crank Bolt System IMPORTANT NOTES - BB86 frames require Praxis™ part 86-4001B or 86-4001W. - BB30/PF30 frames require Praxis™ part 68-4001R or 68-5401R. - T47 frames require Praxis™ part 47-0000. - Do not use pedal washers when installing pedals onto these cranks. M30-M cranks were designed to be used without pedal washers. COMPATIBILITY - Box Two Chainring - Box One Chromoly Chainring Bolts - Box One 7075 Alloy Chainring Bolts - Box Two Oversized bottom bracket M30
The Box Two M30-P crankset is a slightly less acute embodiment of our Oversized technology for cranksets. We squeeze in a show-stopping Praxis™ made 30mm that’s been cold-forged from 7075 T6 aluminum and then painstakingly ground to precision. You’ll be relieved to know this will all fit in a European bottom bracket. The crank arms and spider are poached from the Box One M35 model and as a result, you get all that hollow-forged generosity to help you put that power down. These cranks are engineered for the larger-sized racers. - Oversized Technology™ Hollow Forged Design - Oversized 30mm Alloy Spindle - Self-Extracting Crank Bolt System - 4-bolt 104 BCD Spider with Flex-Resistant Ring - External BSA 30mm BB Included - Weight: 28.6oz - Drive Side Compatibility: Right Hand Drive - Crankset Style: 2-Piece - BB Style: Euro - Chainring BCD: 104 - BB Included: Yes
